铝合金锭生产线的设计与应用

摘    要:基于A356.2铝合金锭生产工艺及其对生产线的要求,对普通铝锭生产线中高位熔炼炉炉体、低位静止圆炉、在线精炼、过滤箱和铸造机等结构进行了改进.改造生产线正式投产后,各机构运转性能良好,产能较为稳定,产品质量完全达标.与新建铝合金锭生产线相比,具有明显的经济效益.

Design and Application of Production Line for Aluminum Alloy Ingot

Abstract:Based on the production process ofA356.2 alloy ingot and its requirements on production line, the construction of elevated smelting furnace body, low-lying static cylindrical fumace, on-line refining, filter box and casting machine for ordinary production line of aluminum ingot was improved. After putting the reconstruction line into production, the equipment is normal operation, the production capacity is relatively stable, and the product quality reaches to the standard completely. Compared with the new production line of aluminum alloy ingot, it has obvious economic benefits.
