| 摘 要： | 结合《建筑工程质量管理条例》分析了当前建筑屋面防水存在的主要问题,结合长期的实践经验,分别从设计和施工两个方面对屋面防水工程质量控制进行了阐述,指出要防止屋面渗漏,设计是前提,材料是基础,施工是关键,维修管理是保证。

| Abstract: | By combining with Quality Management Regulation of Architectural Projects,the paper analyzes main problems in the roof waterproof of recent buildings,illustrates on the quality control of the roof waterproof control from the design and the construction by combining with long-term practical experience,and points out the design is the premise,materials are basement,construction is the key and the maintenance management is the guarantee to avoid the roof leakage. |
