螺杆挤出机变结构预测温度控制的设计

摘    要:采用变结构预测控制 ,用参数辨识器和状态预估器来克服系统所存在的热惯性和热滞后 ,对于耦和性及不确定因素 ,视为干扰因素。将多变量系统作为多个单输入单输出系统的组合 ,从而对每个单输入单输出子系统进行独立控制。提高了系统的稳定性和快速调整性能 ,也提高了系统的可靠性。在温度设定为 2 90℃时 ,螺杆挤压机常温以 5 0℃ h的速度升温到设定温度并且稳定在±0 .5℃范围内 ,超调量很小。有干扰时 ,只要温度偏离设定点就能迅速恢复

Abstract:The VSPC method is used,the exist thermal inertia and thermal hysteresis of the system is overcomed by the parameter distinguish instrument and state pre estimate instrument,the coupling ability and indefinite factors is considered as disturb factors.The multiple variable system is considered as the combination of many single input and single output system so that each single input and single output system can be controled independent.The steability,quick adjust ability and reliability of the system is improved.The extra adjustment quantity is small while the design of temperature is 290 ℃,the extruder temperature increased with the speed of 50 ℃/h from normal temperature to the design temperature and is steady at the range of ±0.5 ℃.The temperature can be resumed quickly as soon as it is disturbed and drift off the design point.
