摘    要:以 USB 型单片机 C8051F320为采集系统硬件控制核心,构筑兼容 USB2.0总线协议的焊接参数实时高速采集虚拟检测分析系统,为焊接生产、试验提供一套评价焊接工艺、预测焊接质量的高效虚拟检测分析系统,并可与数字化焊机结合实现嵌入式系统集成,实现产品数字化。

Abstract:This article takes the C8051F320 Micro Controller Unit as the gathering system hardware control core,and establishes a system of welding parameter real-time high speed gathering and analysis.The system is compatible with the USB 2.0 bus protocol and can be used on welding process and the forecast welding quality highly effective.At the same time,the system may realize the embedded system integration with the digitized welding machine union and makes the product digitization.
