电镀生产过程废次品数据信息获取与管理系统

摘    要:废次品的产生具有不确定性。随着对电镀生产效能和电镀生产质量把控要求的提高,设计出一种电镀生产过程废次品数据信息获取与管理系统。该系统能够获取并存储电镀生产过程产生废次品的工序、废次品类型及废次品数量等数据信息。通过对数据信息进行分析,找出产生废次品的原因并进行针对性处理,实现提高电镀生产质量的目标。

Abstract:The generation of defective products has uncertain characteristics.With the increasing demands on electroplating production efficiency and electroplating production quality control,a data information acquisition and management system of defective products in electroplating production process was designed.This system can monitor and store the data information,like the workstage of electroplating production process that generate defective products,defective products type and defective products quantity.Through analyzing data information,to find out the reasons for generation of defective products and then targeted handle,thus realizing the goal that improve the quality of electroplating production.
