The generation of defective products has uncertain characteristics.With the increasing demands on electroplating production efficiency and electroplating production quality control,a data information acquisition and management system of defective products in electroplating production process was designed.This system can monitor and store the data information,like the workstage of electroplating production process that generate defective products,defective products type and defective products quantity.Through analyzing data information,to find out the reasons for generation of defective products and then targeted handle,thus realizing the goal that improve the quality of electroplating production.
