摘 要: | 通过对10000m~3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统出口空气中二氧化碳含量超值问题的分析,结合分子筛床层结构的特点,采用床层探位法解决了二氧化碳含量超值问题,保证了机组安全、稳定运行,大大节约了检修时间和更换分子筛所需的资金费用。

Bed-layer probing for solving air deviation problem in a molecular sieve adsorber |

Abstract: | Based on an analysis of excessive carbon dioxide content in the output air of molecular sieve purification system in a 10000m~3/h air separation unit and of the characteristics of bed-layer structure, bed-layer probing method was adopted to solve the problem of excessive carbon dioxide. The method permits the machine aggregate a safe and stable operation, and saves much time of examination and repair service and expenditure of changing molecular sieve. |
