高酸性气体分子筛脱水装置的试运分析

摘    要:本文介绍了引进加拿大50×104m3/d分子筛脱水装置的主要工艺流程、设计参数和技术要求,结合实际运行的温度、流量、露点等主要工艺参数和水电气等消耗指标,探讨了该套装置的特点。提出了在生产运行过程中加热炉风机运行模式仍需完善解决的问题,并就合理控制温度、流量等生产运行参数和加强原料气过滤等管理举措来提高装置的安全平稳运行性能做出了评价与建议。

Abstract:The article introduced the advanced molec-ular sieve dehydration technology which was introduced from Canada. The main technological process, designed parame-ter and technical specification of the 500×103 m3/d dehydra-tion unit are described in detail. Herein, the main process parameters, energy consumption are also analyzed. There are an evaluation and suggestion for high sour gas molecular sieve dehydration plant from reasonable parameter control of temperature, flux, and management like raw gas filtration and so on.
