锅炉反平衡热效率不确定度分析及应用

摘    要:根据不确定度评定的原理及方法,构建了锅炉反平衡热效率测试的不确定度分析模型,以确定各项热损失与相关参数的关系。介绍了计算灵敏系数的求偏导方法和数值扰动法2种算法,并根据模型及不确定度原理对某600MW机组锅炉热效率测试的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明,影响锅炉反平衡热效率测试结果不确定度的主要因素是排烟温度、飞灰含碳量、烟气含氧量,据此探讨了降低反平衡测试不确定度的措施。

Abstract:Based on the principle and method for evaluating uncertainty,an uncertainty analysis model of anti-balancing thermal efficiency has been established,so as to determine the relationship between related parameters and each kind of heat loss.Two algorithms for calculating sensitivity,namely the partial derivative method and the value perturbation method,have been presented.According to the model and uncertainty principle,a coal-fired boiler of 600 MW unit is taken as an example for evaluating the uncertainty in thermal efficiency test of the said boiler.Results show that the main factors affecting the uncertainty in result of anti-balancing thermal efficiency test of said boiler are the flue gas temperature,the carbon content in fly ash,and the oxygen content in flue gas.Based on these,an approach for reducing uncertainty in anti-balancing test has been made.
