大口径厚壁P91钢管的焊接技术

摘    要:在对P91钢进行焊接性能分析的基础上,提出了大口径厚壁P91钢管的焊接工艺方案以及焊接注意事项,包括坡口检查及清理、焊口组对及定位焊、背面充氩保护、焊前预热、手工钨极氩弧焊打底、焊条电弧填充及盖面,以及焊后热处理等。

Abstract:On the basis of analysing welding property of P91 steel,a welding process for P91 steel pipes with large bore and wall thickness has been given,the operational parameters and matters to pay attention in the welding process,such as inspection and cleaning of the bevels,grouping bevels for position-welding,argon-filling protection from the back,preheating before welding,argon arc welding with manual tungsten electrode,filling and precoating with electric arc welding using electrode,as well as heat treatment after welding etc.,being put forward.
