Enhance the Economic Gain Ability of Petroleum Refinery Industry by Increasing Propylene Production

Through the analysis of supply & demand relation of the propylene market,it is recognized that measures must be taken to increase the propylene (PP) production. This paper describes technology development for increasing PP production, focusing on introducing those for C+ 4 olefine cracking and disproportionation, PP refining and equipment innovation for its derivatives. PP production should be increased in order to satisfy market demand and thus enhance the economic gain ability of enterprises.
