摘    要:随着5G网络的规模部署,通信网络扩容的需求持续增长,但由于竞争加剧和提速降费政策的深化实施,运营商收入增长乏力。降本增效已成为通信运营企业的一项重点工作。某省运营商结合网络现状,从提升系统利用率、降低扩容需求、精准核算造价、老旧系统设备退网等方面,提出了在传送网中应用的几种降本增效的措施。相关方法在实际建设项目中经过应用,达到节省网络建设投资、提高资源使用效率,提升投资效益的目标,可为其他通信运营企业的网络建设提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:With the scale deployment of 5g network, the demand for capacity expansion of communication network continues to grow. However, due to the intensified competition and the deepening implementation of the policy of increasing speed and reducing fees, the revenue growth of operators is weak. Reducing cost and increasing efficiency has become a key work of communication operation enterprises. Based on the current situation of the network, the operators of a province put forward several measures to reduce cost and increase efficiency in the transmission network from the aspects of improving system utilization rate, reducing capacity expansion demand, accurate cost accounting, old system equipment removal, etc. Through the application of the relevant methods in the actual construction projects, to achieve the goal of saving network construction investment, improving the efficiency of resource use, and improving the investment efficiency, it can provide reference for the network construction of other communication operation enterprises.
