| 摘 要： | 随着5G商用,5G语音业务解决方案备受关注,阶段解决方案为5G回落4G的语音解决方案EPS FB,最终解决方案为5G NR的语音解决方案VoNR,受限于5G网络覆盖和设备能力,目前主要采用阶段解决方案。针对5G语音回落方案,本文基于现网测试和商用体验,分析异常问题,制定基础优化流程,总结典型问题分类和解决方案,支撑5G语音感知提升。

| Abstract: | With 5G commercial application, 5G voice service solutions have attracted much attention, the initial solution is EPS FB, which is 5G falling back to 4G, and the final solution is VONR, a 5G NR voice solution. Limited by 5G network coverage and equipment capacity, the main solution is initial solution. In view of 5G voice fall back scheme, this paper analyzes abnormal problems based on the existing network test and business experience, formulates basic optimization process, summarizes typical problems classification and solutions, and supports 5G voice perception improvement. |
