汽车曲轴圆角滚压机钳口滚压力及波动分析

摘    要:对汽车发动机曲轴圆角进行滚压强化是提高曲轴疲劳寿命的有效途径.在用全自动曲轴圆角滚压机对曲轴圆角进行滚压强化的过程中,滚压机钳口的滚压力存在波动,这影响到滚压加工的质量.通过对钳口滚压力产生的原因及波动规律进行分析,提出了解决方法.

Abstract:To roll and press intensely for the crankshaft of automobile engine is an effective way to prolong its exhausted life span. However,when the machine is working,the pressure on the crankshaft is fluctuating,which affects the quality of the crankshaft. In this paper,the authors explores the causes of the pressure, analyze the law of fluctuation,and put forward some feasible solutions to this problem.
