火电机组吹灰过程中对流受热面熵产数变化规律和吹灰效果判定原则的研究

摘    要:从不可逆热力学出发,分析电站锅炉运行中对流受热面的不可逆能量损失,建立传热熵产、流阻熵产以及吹灰过程中产生的传质熵产、吹灰蒸汽散热熵产和吹灰器电机熵产的计算模型,并在此基础上建立相应的总熵产和熵产数模型。以某电厂600MW锅炉的对流受热面为实例计算对象,采用现场实时数据进行了吹灰前后各对流受热面的污染率、各项熵产以及熵产数的计算。在分析吹灰对锅炉对流受热面的污染率和熵产数变化规律的基础上,提出了基于熵产理论的吹灰效果判定原则,对改进现有的单一根据污染率在线监测的吹灰优化模型有重要的参考价值和工程实际意义。
