| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省北部某地区的某住宅楼的结构检测,分析得出该楼的工程裂缝的形成是由于湿陷性黄土地基浸水而引起地基不均匀沉降所致,并进一步对结构的安全性进行了评价。最后介绍了加固处理的原理和方法。 |

| Abstract: | Through structure examination of a residential building in north Hebei,this essay concluded that,the cracks of the building were caused by asymmetry settlement of slumping loess groundwork,which sank in water.Finally evaluated the safety of the structure and introduced the principles and methods of the reinforcement. |
