集聚纺纱用网格圈节能原理初探

摘    要:为了降低集聚纺能耗,详细分析了负压式集聚纺纱的空气动力学原理,能量消耗即负压、流量、流速之间的关系及其节能途径.指出:决定集束效果的参数是气流速度,负压只是一个控制手段,决定能源消耗的是负压和流量;在保证最佳流量的前提下,减小网格圈的气阻,可以降低负压值,因而可以降低能耗;空隙率是网格圈能耗的重要指标,加大空隙率可以减小气阻,是网格圈式集聚纺纱节能的唯一途径;还必须选择适当的集聚槽宽,保证在以最小流量的条件下获得最佳气流速度,从而确保能耗最低.

Abstract:In order to reduce energy consumption in compact spinning process, details analysis is done to the elements of the pneumatic machanism on the back-pressurized compact spinning process, together with the relationship among the energy consumption(back pressure), runoff,velocity as well as the energy economy measures. Conclusion is made that back pressure is the mean controlling energy consumption with the runoff. The interspace rate is an important index of energy consumption of the lattice apron. The only way of energy economy for compact spinning process is to increase the interspace rate to reduce the resistance of air flow, and more, the compact trough with proper width is required to keep the desired air velocity with the minimum runoff for the best effect of energy economy.
