聚晶金刚石加工技术的研究现状

摘    要:聚晶金刚石是70年代以来发展起来的一种新型材料,其突出特点是超硬耐磨,成型和表面光整加工十分困难.本文介绍了目前国内外加工聚品金刚石的主要方法,即磨削加工、研磨加上、电火花加工、激光加工、化学加工、超声加工,并对这些加工方法的特点、机理及影响因素、通用范围进行了综述.

Abstract:The polycrystalline diamond has been developing as a kind of new material since 1970s. The remarkable characteristics of polyerystalline diamond are super hardness and wear resistance, however, it is very difficult to form and surface finish. In this paper, the main machining methods of PCD are introduced, such as grinding, lapping, electrical discharge machining, laser processing, chemical machining and ultrasonic machining, and the characteristics, mechanism, influential factors and application range are reviewed.
