Abstract:
According to the characteristics of the measure to complex surface of CMM, with the help of the function which is intercept surface the UG NX offers and the second development tool, for the known CAD model of blade. Firstly, using the method of intercept surface to intercept all surface curves we need, then dispersing every surface curve to set points in turn through the man-machine interface of the system, then, choosing set points by curvaturc difference selection algorithm, to retain a certain number of measurement points, then pick-up those points' information. Finally, automatically generated DIMS program according to the those points' information.
