CFRP加固技术在某工程中的应用

摘    要:在实际工程中既有建筑已承受初始荷载,在加固设计时考虑构件存在二次受力的影响,经多方案选择比较,采用性价比高的CFRP加固方法。将加固后的框架梁采用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟分析,结果表明应变值沿截面高度在各级荷载作用下,符合平截面假定,位移变形在控制范围之内,能达到工程设计的需要。本文对施工操作方法提出明确要求,使之更加明确、合理、利于操作。

Abstract:Considering that the componet of building may be affected by the secondary load when thebuilding under initial load was reinforced in the practical project,this paper used CFRP reinforcementmethod with high performance price ratio to strengthen the building.The numerical simulation analysis of reinforced frame beam was realized by using ANSYS software.The results show that strain alongsection height under different load levels consistent with the assumption of plane section and the displacement and deformation are in the control range,which can meet the need of engineering design.In this paper,the construction operation method is given definitely,which make the construction moreclearer,more reasonable and well operation.
