| 摘 要： | 针对建筑项目实践中发展演进的过程进行研究,从系统论的角度对建筑项目的智慧化表征及系统维度进行分析,并通过采用系统方法对影响因子进行数据分析,对建筑项目程序动态变化的过程进行有效控制,为建立智慧化的动态建筑项目方法框架,及建筑项目正向发展提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the process of evolution in the development of practice for construction projects has been studied.The dynamic changes of process of the construction projects were discussed by basing on the perspective of system theory and wisdom methodological framework for the dynamic construction projects was established in order to provide a new forward idea for the development of construction projects. |
