摘    要:提出了开发风味杂菜水饺(槐花猪肉水饺、鸡蛋香椿水饺、茴香猪肉水饺、胡萝卜羊肉水饺、蒲公英猪肉水饺、荆芥鸡蛋水饺等)的概念,设计出了杂菜风味水饺机械化生产的工艺流程,根据实际生产经验对生产过程的操作要点、生产中可能出现的问题及解决方案做了研究性的阐述。
