| 摘 要： | 研究加工助剂42M在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中加入2份加工助剂42M,并适当调整炭黑和环保芳烃油用量,在保证硫化胶物理性能的前提下,可改善胶料的挤出工艺性能,提高胶料的流动性,降低生产成本;成品轮胎的速度性能达到正常生产轮胎水平。 |

| Abstract: | The application of processing aid 42M in the sidewall compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by adding 2 phr processing aid 42M in the sidewall compound,and properly adjusting the addition level of carbon black and environment friendly aromatic oil,the physical properties of the vulcanizates were unchanged,the extrudability and flowability of the compound were improved,and the production cost was reduced.The speed performance of finished tire was at the similar level of normal product. |
