| 摘 要： | 以传统TCP／IP体系结构为基础，提出了融入量子密钥分配协议和IPSec安全协议的新型TCP／IP体系结构，并分析了该体系结构中各层的主要作用；在此基础上研究了如何把量子密钥分配协议融入现实生活中的日益发展的虚拟专用网络中，同时分析了这种融合所存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些改进措施；最后分析了实用化量子密钥分配协议的组网技术并指出它的实用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper advances a new TCP/IP system architecture with QKD and IPSec, and discusses how to create and implement virtual private network with the new system architecture. It also points out certain drawbacks in realistic virtual private network and how to mitigate them and finally gives an outlook on the perspectives of the new system architecture. |
