总承包模式下工程建设信息化创新探索与应用

在水电建设发展的新形势下,雅砻江公司创新性地在杨房沟水电站建设中采用了设计施工总承包(EPC)的建设模式。面对新模式下工程建设的需要,开发了基于多维BIM的施工信息管理系统。系统实现了对工程进度、质量、投资、设计、安全信息的全面把控,提高了工程建设信息化水平。系统的应用改善了工程质量,取得了一定的经济和社会效益,为行业建设发展做出了有益的探索。

Exploration and application of informatization for project construction under EPC mode

Under new situation of hydropower development, the owner innovatively adopted EPC mode for the construction of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station. To meet the demand of the project construction under the new mode, a multidimensional BIM construction information management system is developed. The system helps the overall control for information of construction progress, quality, investment, design, safety and improves the informatization of project construction. The application of the system has improved the project quality, obtained some social and economical benefit and contributed to the development of the industry.
