| 摘 要： | EPC总承包因其特有的优势,在国际工程中已成为工程建设普遍采用的组织管理模式。在我国电力市场供给侧改革的背景下,雅砻江流域水电开发有限公司在杨房沟水电站(装机容量1 500 MW)工程建设中采用该模式来进行建设管理探索与实践。对传统建设管理模式下的质量管理状况进行了分析,并结合工程实际,从EPC总承包模式下如何开展质量管理创新等方面着手进行了研究、分析和总结,并根据杨房沟水电站EPC质量管理的实施情况以及存在的问题,提出了相应的建议和对策措施。

| Abstract: | Due to its special advantage, EPC has been widely used in international engineering construction. Under the situation of supply-side reformation of electric power market, Yalong River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. adopted EPC in the construction of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station (1500MW). This paper analyzes the quality management in traditional construction management mode. In the combination of practical project, we study and summarize the quality management innovation under the EPC mode. Then, the correlation suggestions according to the EPC implement condition of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is put forward. |
