| 摘 要： | 研究建立"城市水污染控制和水环境综合整治标准体系"已列入"水体污染控制与治理"科技重大专项研究实施方案。着重讨论了相关背景,标准体系建立的必要性、依据和基础;提出了城市水污染控制和水环境综合整治的过程控制,标准体系的框架结构以及与相关标准体系的关系等。
