Develop circulating economy to promote sustainable development of power industry

is paper introduces the characteristics and the differences of growth mode for the circulating and traditional economy; and discusses the importance and necessity of developing circulating economy for the power industry. The countermeasures to develop circulating economy for power industry are presented, which is the adjusting power structure, reasonably using resources, improving the efficiency, developing inferior coal, coal stone and city rubbish power plant according to the local conditions, synthesizing utilization vigorously, strengthening the control of contamination and ecological environment protection, developing power demand side management. The suggestions of the promotion according to law, managing vigorously, leading of policies, and professional self-discipline are put forward. Some problems that should be noticed in developing circulating economy are discussed.
