| Abstract: | To point out the structure advantages of 8 strands wire rope compared with 6 strands wire rope by property analysis. The structure design idea and practice of wire rope of the famous steel wire products enterprises in developed industry countries are summarized. The research and development and application of 8 strands wire rope at home are introduced, and the measures to quicken 8 strands wire ropes to develop at home are put forward. |
