新混凝土与碳化混凝土黏结抗折强度试验研究

摘    要:
新老混凝土黏结的黏结抗折强度试验研究表明,混凝土碳化后,混凝土强度增强,新老混凝土黏结抗折强度也增强。水泥净浆界面剂(CON1)、硅灰界面剂(CON2)、减水界面剂(CON3)、减缩界面剂(CON4)和膨胀界面剂(CON5)对新老混凝土黏结抗折强度的影响试验研究表明,养护龄期为28 d时,新老混凝土黏结抗折强度从大到小所用界面剂依次为CON1、CON5、CON4、CON3、CON2。

Abstract:
The experimental study on bonding bending strength of new concrete and carbonated concrete shows that,after the concrete carbonating,the strength of concrete is enhanced,and the bonding bending strength of new concrete and old concrete is enhanced too.The effect study on bonding bending strength of new and carbonated concrete by the cement paste interface agent(CON1),silicon ash interface agent(CON2),water-reducing interface agent(CON3),shrinkage-reducing interface agent(CON4),and expansion interface agent(CON5) indicates that,test piece maintenance 28 d,the new and old concrete bonding bending strength painted in 5 different interface agent from big to small order is CON1,CON5,CON4,CON3 and CON2.
