永磁同步伺服卷绕系统的实现

摘    要:
目前国内的细纱机卷绕成型大都采用机械凸轮,坏纱率高、机械磨损大、通用性不强。利用新研制的永磁同步伺服系统驱动钢领板升降,取代了传统的异步电机和机械凸轮,实现卷绕成型。其中的数字信号处理器(DSP)不仅实现了永磁同步电机的伺服控制,而且嵌入了卷绕算法。系统配置在改造后的环锭细纱机中,得到了理想的管纱成型,并能顺利地实现后续退绕。

Abstract:
The winding formation in ring spinning machine is controlled by mechanical cam at present in China, resulting in low quality, high mechanical wear and narrow application. The new-developed permanent magnetic synchronous servo system drives the lifting board and substitutes the mechanical cam to realize winding formation. DSP was not only the core of servo control but also embedded with winding algorithm. The system was used for improving mechanical spinning frame, and the satisfied winding formation and unreeling were obtained.
