| 摘 要： | 软件大规模团队开发的模式研究是当前我国软件产业发展的重要课题，其中的并行工程研究是一个较为活跃领域．本文从分析软件开发的特点出发，分析软件开发中项目成员的特性，运用合理的人员假设，结合并行计算领域的阶段并行模型，提出了软件团队开发的里程碑并行开发模型和进度规划方案，并提供相应的参考案例．

| Abstract: | In the mass team, the software developing model is an important research field for our growth of the software industry at present. The concurrent engineering is an active direction for it. This paper studies the characters of developing software projects , and analyses the personalities of the team members and a reasonable hypothesis. Integrating with the parallel phrase model in the parallel compute field, we propose the milestone concurrent developing model for the software development and its schema. We also provide some applications of the model. |
