| 摘 要： | 以生产己二酸的副产物混合二元酸（DBA）与甲醇为原料，用复合用固体酸为催化剂，“绿色”制备混合二元酸二甲酯（DME）。最佳制备条件为：甲醇，DBAmol比为3．4／1．0，复合固体酸用量为DBA质量的1．5％，反应4h，100gDBA甲苯加入量为50mol。在此条件下DME收率为87％，产品为无色澄清透明液体，其中含丁二酸二甲酯质量分数为11．0％、戊二酸二甲酯质量分数为14．0％，己二酸二甲酯质量分数为73．8％，复合固体酸催化剂具有较好的稳定性和重复使用性，再利用5次时的DME收率仍然大于80％。 |
