摘    要:单级桥式有源功率因数校正(PFC)变换器具有应用于中大功率领域的良好前景.在分析几种单级桥式有源PFC变换器的基础上,介绍了一种结构简单的单级桥式PFC变换器.该变换器能在实现功率因数校正、AC/DC转换、输出电压调节和电气隔离的同时,实现功率开关的零电流开关或零电压开关;由于采用了恒频PWM控制策略,使得对滤波环节和磁性器件的设计变得容易了.与普通单相Boost PFC电路相比,该变换器的控制电路只需增加一级移相环节就能很容易地实现控制.

Abstract:The application of single-stage full-bridge PFC converter has a bright future in the median and high power field.On the basis of the analyzing several types of single-stage full-bridge PFC converter,one converter which has simple structure is presented.The converter can realize functions such as power factor correction,AC/DC conversion,output voltage regulation and electrical isolation,and can realize ZCS or ZVS of power switches.Because the constant frequency PWM control strategy can be adopted,the filter links and magnetic components design are easy.Compared with normal single-phase Boost PFC circuit,only a phase-shift link of control circuit is added.So the control circuit is easy to design.
