单片机LPC767红外冲压防护装置的设计

摘    要:以HS0038作为红外接收器,详细介绍了该防护装置所采用的基于单片机LPC767控制的分时发射分时检测方法,以及其硬件电路的设计和程序的实现.结果表明,该防护装置安装在开式压力机上具有反应快、安全可靠、抗干扰能力强等优点.

Abstract:The infrared protection equipment mades use of HS0038 as an infrared receiver. This paper introduces the method of time-sharing emitting and measuring based on LPC767 MCU control, the design of circuit, and the realization of programming in detail. Applications show that the equipment installed on open side presses is rapid in reaction and is safe and reliable, with high ability of anti-jamming.
