依托于天然山水而形成的武汉传统园林充满了自然和风雅之气,近代武汉园林又接受了西方的造园文化影响,在主动的吸取和从容的转型中逐渐形成了独特的地方性造园理念和表现手法.当代武汉园林正处在蓬勃发展阶段,但也面-临着自身风格模糊的困境.回溯了武汉园林近代转型之前的传统园林形式.梳理晚清及民国时期近代园林的发展历程并总结其特征,最后提出了武汉园林在新时期再发展的对策.
