| 摘 要： | 介绍采用纺前注射着色的方法,生产三叶形黑色涤纶FDY的生产工艺。讨论了PET切片、色母粒干燥条件、加入方式和加入量、纺丝温度、熔体压力和过滤条件的选择、冷却成形条件及卷绕工艺的制定和控制,并提出了防止色差的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The production technology of producing trilobal black polyester FDY with injection coloring method before spinning was introduced.The drying conditions,addition ways and addition amount of PET chip and color master batch,the selection of spinning temperature,melt pressure and filtering condition,the making and controling of cooling shaping condition and winding process were discussed.Some advices on preventing the color difference were put forward. |
