调压室位置对调保参数的影响

调压室位置是影响调保参数的主要因素之一。本文针对上、下游调压室及不同调压室型式进行理论分析及数值计算,证明了调压室对调保参数的作用存在最佳临界位置和变化不敏感的范围。该结果有利于地下厂房和调压室的布置,缓解了洞室围岩稳定和过渡过程之间的矛盾。究其物理本质,在机组特性、导叶关闭规律确定的前提下,蜗壳最大动水压力及尾水管最小压力主要取决于压力管道的水击压力、调压室涌浪水位两者的叠加。由于管道总长度不变,移动调压室位置,两者所起的作用相互消长,所以并非调压室越靠近厂房对调保参数越有利。

Effect of tailrace surge tank location on adjustment and assurance

The location of the tailrace surge tank is one of the main factors effecting on guaranteed regulation.Through theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and engineering case to upstream and downstream surge tank,it is proved that there exists a certain scale of the location of the surge tank's effecting on guaranteed regulation.This conclusion has special reference to the arrangements of the underground hydropower plants and the tailrace surge tank.It also moderates the contradictory between the stability of surround rocks and the safety in transient process.Investigating its physical essence,under the premise that the characteristic of hydraulic turbines and the law of guide vane closing are confirmed,the maximum dynamic pressure in the spiral case and the draft tube minimum pressure are mainly decided by the superposition of the water hammer pressure in the pipe and the water level in the tailrace surge tank.When the length of the tailrace conduit is unvaried,shifting the tailrace surge tank in a certain scope,the effect of both factors interacted each other.Thus,it's not more closer the surge tank to the power plant,more beneficial the situation is.
