摘    要:研制了一种新型逆变电路,与国内常用感应炉逆变桥比较,其特点为工作频率高、输出电压低、电热效率高、结构简单,经工业生产试用,感应炉运行可靠,功率损耗低,加热中小类锻件,具有明显的优点。本文对该新型逆变电路的稳态过程,建立微分方程,推导出输出功率、电流、电压、频率、功率因数的计算公式,为电炉设计及元件参数选择提供了依据。同时将该电路与常用并联逆变电路性能比较,论证了其优越性。

Abstract:A new type inverse circuit was developed. Compared with common inverse circuit of domestic induction furnace, it has higher work frequency, lower output voltage, higher electrothermic efficiency and simpler structure. Practical production proved that the induction furnace with the new circuit is reliable in operation, low in power loss and obviously advantageous to heating middle-small forgings. For steady-state process of the new circuit, sets up the differential equation, derives the calculation formula of output power, current intensity, voltage, frequency and power factor. Provides basis for designing the electric furnace and choicing the component parameter, simultaneously proves advantage of the circuit over common parallel inverse circuit.
