| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍了浙江电网GIS整体情况,对GIS在浙江电网发展历程进行了回顾,对一体化电网GIS平台的目标、特点、体系架构以及功能进行了详细的介绍。系统主要功能包括电网设备精益化管理、配电业务管理、低压台区管理、通信网络管理、工程设计管理、三维实景GIS应用、离线分析功能、智能停电计划等。通过基于GIS的企业级一体化智能平台建设,实现了对电网资源和网架结构的综合展现和集成管理。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the overall situations of GIS and reviews its development process in Zhejiang power grid.The targets,characteristics,architecture and functionalities of the integrated GIS platform are described in detail.The functionalities of the platform include the power equipment lean management,distribution business management,low voltage district management,communication network management,project design management,3D visual GIS application,off-line analysis function and intelligent power plan.The construction of GIS-based enterprise-level integrated intelligent platform makes the integrated display and management of grid resources and grid structure come true. |
