电网企业集中式数字档案管理平台设计与应用

随着企业信息化建设工作的不断推进,对档案业务的发展和管理提出了更高更新要求,档案基础业务建设的重心也开始向信息化、网络化、数字化转移,档案现代化管理和信息化建设成为档案工作发展的必由之路。电网企业集中式数字档案管理平台在甘肃省电力公司各单位已全面建成并投入大规模应用,完成区域级档案信息资源中心建设,实现了公司系统档案资源整合,节省了大量项目建设、办公、数字化成本,取得了良好的经济效益。

Design and Application of the Centralized Digital Archives Management Platform for Power Grid Enterprises

With the deepening of informatization construction, there are several new and more higher requirements from the development and management of archives business. Thus, the building focus of basic archives business begins to transfer into informatization, networking and digital archives, and the modernization management and informatization construction has been a necessary way of the archives business development. At present, the proposed centralized digital archives management platform for power grid enterprises has been completed and widely applied to Gansu Electric Power corporation. Based on the proposed platform, the construction of the regional-level archives information resource center is also completed by integrating company’s archive resources. Its construction and application reduces the project construction cost, the office cost and the digitization cost, and achieves good economic benefits.
