安徽电力数字档案馆建设

安徽省电力公司数字档案馆的建设,主要从档案信息管理平台建设和历史档案数字化处理两方面工作入手,目前已建成了全省统一,范围涵盖省、市、县三级,包括档案的收集、管理、利用等功能全面的档案信息管理平台,完成了2 700万页的历史档案数字化处理任务。数字档案馆的建设实现了档案信息传输网络化、档案管理自动化和档案信息利用在线化,提高了档案工作管理水平,充分发挥了档案部门的信息服务功能,为生产、管理和决策提供优质服务。

Construction of Digital Archives for Anhui Electric Power Corporation

The construction of digital archives(DA) for Anhui Electric Power Corporation includes two components,namely the archives information management construction and the digitization of history archives.So far,an integrated archives information management platform involving provincial,city and county levels with the ability of archives collection,management and usage has been put into operation,and 27 million pages of history archives have been digitized.The construction of digital archives supports archives transfer through internet,makes archives management without manual intervention,and use archives information online.All of these improve the level of archives management,and make the digital archives playing an important role in serving enterprises productive activities,managements and decisions.
