半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶料配方的优化设计

摘    要:分析现生产半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶料配方的不足,并提出改进措施。用炭黑N326替代N330,用促进剂DTDM部分替代不溶性硫黄IS-7020,用促进剂NOBS增量替代CZ。配方调整后,胶料物理性能和加工工艺性能良好,成品轮胎高速和耐久性能大大提高。

Abstract:The disadvantages of the existent belt compound formula in the production of steel-belted tire were analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed.The good processibility and physical properties of belt compound were obtained,and the speed performance and endurance improved significantly by using black N326 instead of black N330,accelerator DTDM partly instead of insoluble sulfur IS-7020,more accelerator MBS instead of CBS.
