纤维素接枝改性制备高吸水性树脂的研究

摘    要:以漂白浆板纤维素为原料,接枝丙烯酸制备高吸水性树脂。对单体用量、引发剂用量、中和度、反应温度等工艺条件进行了优化,确定了最佳合成条件,并用红外谱图表征了产物的结构。结果表明,合成的高吸水性树脂吸水率达550 g/g,且保水性能较好。

Abstract:The cellulose of bleached pulp is used as the raw material to prepare superabsorbent resin by grafting copolymerization with the acrylic acid.Some process conditions such as the dosages of monomer and initiator,neutraliztion degree and reaction temperature were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained and the copolymer structure was characterized by IR.The resin could absorb 550 times water as its own mass and had very good water retention ability.
