摘    要:为了评估运行15年的M02-10t门座起重机的结构完整性,首先利用结构有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了门座起重机的三维有限元模型,对该起重机整机结构进行了变形和应力分布状态分析,然后采用数字式静态应变仪对起重机进行了现场应变测试实验,最后将有限元分析结果与现场应变测试结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,有限元计算结果与现场测试结果较为吻合,同时说明该起重机的刚度和强度仍能满足起重机安全运行的要求。

Abstract:In order to evaluate structural integration of a M02-10t gantry crane which has been operating for about 15 years,a three- dimensional finite element model of the gantry crane was built by finite element analysis software ANSYS. The deformation and stress distribution of the gantry crane were analyzed, and the analysis result was compared with the field test data of the gantry crane. From the simulation and experimental results, it can be seen that the results of finite element simulations agree well with the field test data;also, the stiffness and strength of the crane still meet the safety requirements of crane operation.
