| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国经济的发展,越来越多的企业采取对外投资的方式,进行多元化的经营,而如何保证投资的安全有效、保值增值,成了企业面临的一大课题.本文从建立健全财务控制系统的角度,阐述了通过财务目标的控制、财务制度的控制和财务人员的控制等来保证企业投资收益最大化.
