PET/粘土纳米复合材料加工条件下结晶行为的研究

摘    要:采用DSC手段测试了PET、PET/粘土纳米复合材料熔体降温时的结晶行为。结果表明,在PET中引入纳米粘土可提高PET基体的降温结晶峰峰温,并使结晶速率提高1倍以上。PET及PET/粘土纳米复合材料的结晶峰峰温随降温速率的增大而移向低温,半结晶时间及结晶度随降温速率的增大而减小。基于Avrami方程的动力学分析表明,PET/粘土纳米复合材料的非等温结晶过程是带有异相成核的三维增长过程。

Abstract:The crystallization behavior of PET and PET/clay nanocomposite under the different cooling rates was studied by DSC. Results showed that, at a given cooling rate, the exotherms peak temperature of PET/clay nano-composite was higher than that of PET, and the crystallization rate of IPET/clay nano-composite was one time faster than that of PET. For both PET and PET/clay nanocomposite, with the increasing of cooling rates, the exotherms peak temperatures moved to lower temperature, meanwhile, the values of half-time and crystallization degree decreased. The kinetics analysis based on Avrami equation suggested that the nonisothermal crystallization of PET/clay nano-composites corresponded to a tridimensional growth with heterogeneous nucleation.
