| 摘 要： | 为实现钢管3PE防腐传动线追脱管的自动控制,采用PLC和两个光电开关利用时间差直接检测恒速段和快进段的轴向前进速度,进而推算出追管和脱管所用的时间,由PLC按时间控制相应的变频电机加速和减速,完成追脱管自动控制.该方案消除了主动传动轮滑移对计算精度的影响,具有系统简单,控制准确的特点,完全满足生产要求.

| Abstract: | In order to realize automatic control for catching and departing steel pipe in 3PE coating conveyor line, adopting PLC and two photoelectric switches to detect speed in constant-speed and axial fast-forward states by time difference,and to calculate the needed time of catching and departing steel pipe.The PLC will achieve automatic control for catching and departing steel pipe by control relevant frequency conversion motor speedup and slowdown.
