以火药为能源的炮口式火炮动态后坐技术研究

摘    要:在分析国内外以火药为能源的火炮动态后坐技术现状的基础上,设计了置于火炮炮口处的火炮动态后坐发生装置。以某型地面火炮为例,建立了该方法的内弹道计算模型,并进行了内弹道方程组的诸元解算,并以某型地面火炮炮身为研究对象,基于有限元仿真软件ABAQUS对火炮动态后坐过程中的火炮身管进行了有限元仿真,同时也进行了多次以火药为能源的火炮动态后坐试验。仿真和试验结果均证明,结构设计合理、可靠,满足火炮动态后坐性能检测要求。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the current situation of gunpowder-energy artillery dynamic recoil technology, designed is the artillery dynamic recoil device arranged on the gun muzzle. With the interior ballistic calculation model of the method established, the interior ballistic calculation is carried out. With a certain type of ground artillery muzzle department taken as the research object, finite element simulation was made on dynamic recoil process of gun barrel based on the finite element simulation software ABAQUS. At the same time a number of gunpowder-energy artillery recoil dynamic tests have been conducted. Simulation and test results prove that the structural design is reasonable and reliable, which can meet the performance detection requirements for artillery dynamic recoil.
