摘    要:国家民族的兴旺在教育,教育的质量在于教师。而教师业务水平是决定教学质量的关键。要提高教师的业务水平,就要对教师业务水平进行科学的评价。要建立教师业务水平评价制度,制定评价标准,确定评价内容,发挥评价功能,从而不断提高教师业务素质,全面提升教学质量。

Abstract:The prosperity of nation is based on education,and the quality of education is based on teacher. And teacher's professional skill is the key to determine teaching quality. To improve the teacher's professional skill,we should appraise it scientifically. We should set up teacher's professional skill appraisal system,make evaluation criterion,confirm appraisal content,give play to appraisal function,so as to improve teacher's professional skill and promote teaching quality in all-round way constantly.
