摘    要:以正辛醇为萃取剂,通过三级萃取处理硝基C酸废水,萃余水相经过活性炭室温下脱色回收废酸.实验探讨了油水比、萃取混合时间、静置时间等因素对CODCr去除率及酸度的影响,研究了活性炭加入量及温度对脱色效果的影响.结果表明本研究的适宜工艺条件为萃取油水比为0.6:1、混合5min、静置4h、三级萃取,2%(质量分数)活性炭室温下脱色,废水的CODCr去除率可达95%,回收废酸酸度在512g/L左右.

Abstract:The three-stage extraction method was used to deal with the nitro-C acid wastewater with n-octanol as the extractant. The waste acid was recovered from the raffinate with the active carbon as the decolorant at room temperature. The paper discussed different effects (such as oil-water ratio, extraction mixing time, equipment time and so on) on the removal efficiency of CODcr and the acidity of raffinate, and the effect of active carbon dosage and temperature on the discoloring efficiency. The result showed that the removal efficiency of CODcr came to 95%, and the acidity of the recovered waste acid was about 512 g/L by the three-stage extraction under oil-water ratio 0. 6: 1, mixing time 5 min, equipment time 4 h, and 2% ( w. t. ) active carbon discoloring at room temperature.
